Hello we are The Swing Smiths. Welcome to our website!

We're a professional Jazz, Swing and Soul wedding and party band for hire from England's capital city, London. We travel UK wide and internationally to perform at weddings, corporate events and private parties all year round.

The Swing Smiths are not just any band. We're a young, yet experienced bunch of talented musicians that can be hired out in many different configurations to suit the venue in which your event is taking place, the style or genre of music you want at your event and to suit different budgets.

Our standard line-up is a 9-piece consisting of: female vocals, drums, bass, piano, keyboard, tenor saxophone, alto saxophone and two trumpets. Most of the instrumentalists in the band contribute backing vocals too.

If you want a bigger singing presence we can add one or two more vocalists, male or female.

There's also the option to reduce the size of the band to a 7 piece or 3 - 5 piece band. The 7-piece includes: female vocals, drums, bass, piano, keyboard, tenor saxophone and a trumpet. We've been around since 2005, playing regular shows for corporate clients and for other private events, as well as keeping busy doing other jobs in the industry like composing, teaching, sound engineering and events management to name but a few!
